Officially opened in October 2009, the Académie du Nucléaire et des Techniques Appliquées (ANTA) is ARDATEM’s (and the GPI Group’s) in-house training centre for professionals from the nuclear sector. Every year, various professional training syllabuses are offered for new recruits and nuclear technicians, to help them maintain and/or develop their skills.
The training centre is a key multi-purpose tool for ARDATEM, as it enables the skill levels of its teams to be improved while guaranteeing outstanding quality of service for clients. For ARDATEM’s employees, as well as for job applicants, the ANTA’s dynamic approach is an appealing factor. It demonstrates the company’s commitment to training and development for individuals.
The centre represents ARDATEM’s technical support hub into which it is fully integrated. It specifically enables feedback to be analysed and utilised as part of its continuous improvement process.
As a tangible sign of the company’s professionalism, the ANTA’s versatility allows ARDATEM to consolidate its reputation with its clients, as well as with local and national decision-makers, as reflected by the Prime Minister’s visit to Bourg-Saint-Andéol, accompanied by two ministers, in March 2015.
Training at the heart of our business project.
